JONA SLIM 60 ja 90 – renewed popular kitchen hood

The popular LAPETEK JONA SLIM model has been redesigned both technically and visually. The slim, even more trendy design guarantees a timeless look to suit both modern and more traditional kitchens. The finished streamlined look is accentuated by the uniform narrower design of the front panel and flue. Available in white, stainless steel and black.

The suction power has been increased, but still the energy class has been improved and the sound level is pleasantly quiet, especially at normal power. The lights have been moved to the rear edge of the hood and their power is dimensioned to give excellent light to the entire working area. Correspondingly, the suction area now extends to the front edge, allowing the steam to be directed more efficiently into the cooker hood.
JONA ​​SLIM models are available in both 60 cm and 90 cm wide wall-mounted models and 90 cm wide island models. All models and color options are available with their own motor, in addition to which wall models are available with external motor control (for X1-AC and EC motors), humid room enhancement (for X2-AC and EC motors) and valve control for apartment buildings (X3).
Easy-to-use functions, efficient and pleasantly smooth LED lights and easy-to-clean grease filters make using the cooker hood easy and pleasant.

Operating functions

The stylish backlit Soft-touch buttons work logically and are pleasant to use. The adjustable timer function ensures that the steam will be removed even after cooking has stopped.

Powerful LED lights illuminate pleasantly and evenly the entire surface below. In addition, the luminaires come standard with a three-stage dimming function and color temperature control, which allows you to adjust the lighting to suit the mood and other lighting around the cooker hood.
You can choose a disposable replaceable filter or a more environmentally friendly washable and reactivable Long Life filter as the active carbon filter. In both cases, the filter is very easy to install because it attaches directly to the grease filter and not to the sides of the engine inside the hood in the traditional way.

Installation

The easiness of installation has been taken into account when designig the new model. The cooker hood wall mounting strip has a quick adjustment system that speeds up the installation considerably. With the cooker hood there is now a new control part to improve the operating when used with a active carbon filter. That allows the air to be directed back to the room air more efficiently.

For rooms with high ceiling, an extension chimney is available that allows LAPETEK JONA SLIM to be installed up to a room height of 265 centimeters. In all maximum room heights, by default, the stove top is 900 mm from the floor and the bottom edge of the kitchen hood is 650 mm from the stove top, i.e. the bottom edge of the kitchen hood is at a height of 1550 mm as seen from the floor. If the kitchen hood is installed at a different height, it also affects the minimum and maximum room heights.
